I welcome you all to the Pan African College of Education Offa, Nigeria. I am delighted to present to you students are implored to acquaint themselves with the environment in which they will remain until graduation. The main objective of this prospectus is basically to familiarize new intakes with life in tertiary Institution and the Federal College of Education in particular. The prospectus itemizes in detail all you are required to know as a bona fide student of the college.

Amongst the vital information contained in this College include: a brief history of the College, structures, current staff list, academic programs offered as approved by the regulatory body i.e. the National Commission for Colleges of Education (NCCE), requirements for the award of the Nigeria Certificate in Education (NCE), Professional Diploma in Education (PDE) and the Technical Teacher’s Diploma (TTD).

My dear Students, I recommend this prospectus to you because it also contains the College rules and regulations for registration of courses and required academic workload; continuous assessment; examinations requirements for graduation, ideal channels of communication in routing your complains/grievances, discipline, welfare, and socialization within the College community. Physical structures available to students on campus include: lecture theatre, ultra-modern medical center, Auditorium, School of Science Complex, School of Vocational Education Administrative building, School of Business block of classrooms 2 ETF block of offices and others.

THE PAN AFFRICAN COLLEGE OF EDUCATION is a conventional College of Education, which specializes in both education, Managerial, Social Sciences, Arts, Vocational Business/Allied Health and other related academic and professional programs.

Consequently, workshop and laboratory facilities are found in the Electrical/Electronic Technology, Auto mechanics, Metal work, Woodwork and Home Economics Laboratory. There are studios in Fine and Applied Arts both Education, Marketing Social Sciences, Arts, Business, Health Department. The Agricultural Education Department has fishponds, poultry and animal husbandry sections. The Center for Education Technology (CET) is well equipped for student Practicum.

The College library is equipped with latest edition of books, e-journals in CD Rom with each containing more than 20 thousand articles in various fields for research work, internet facilities and the networking of systems for students to access collections from various sections of the library is in progress. Students are advised to be of good behavior and adhere strictly to all rules governing the use of the library.

Finally, the College provides accommodation to both female and male, NCE and mature PDE/TTD Allied Health as well as other bona fide students in various programs.
